Increase download speed

Increase download speed from 100 to 200 kbps
First of all download this wonderful program:
http://www.speedguide.net/files/TCPOptimizer.exe
Then when u start trhe program goto settings goto cable modem or dsl whatevcer u
have.
Go to MaxMTU and set it to 1500 this is optimal anything above this will not work
as well.

How to increase download and upload speed
1.go to run
2.type gpedit.msc and click OK
3.go to Administrative Templates - Network - Qos packet Schedule
4.double click on Limit reservable bandwidth
5.click enabled.
6.change 20 to 0
7.click OK
8.restart computer
9.go to http://www.speedtest.com
10.test your upload and download speed.
11.compare before and after.
